| Made from ZA-8, a newly developed alloy of zinc, aluminum, magnesium and copper, the new Genesis Iron from RC provides double the strength of heavy, outdated iron at half of the weight. The Genesis Iron provides a 32% increase in tensile strength and a 16% improvement in hardness, which can be loaded to stresses three times that of any previous alloy used by RC. Originally developed for the rapidly changing worlds of defense and data processing, ZA-8 has recently found a wide acceptance in the automotive industry as well. | |
